The other day my brother desperately needed a loaner and he asked me to set up an internet banking account so I could lend him $350. I reluctantly agreed, set up the account and then he transferred the money for me into his account.
Except that the money never showed up in his account. The money didn't bounce back to my account either. The transfer went through, just not into my brothers account, he mistyped his account number. So someone out there has 350 of my hard earned dollars.
I'm going to the bank tomorrow to see if there's anything they can do, but right now I'm feeling pretty shitted off.
Edit: I checked with the bank and the money is back in my account now, which is a relief.
