Today was the first day of uni and the introduction to the new theory course. I of course fucked up setting my alarm and was late. Fortunately Vess managed to get me put in the later timeslot and it all went smoothly. New timeslot means not needing to wake up at 7am which rules. The new course is geared towards writings by artists as opposed to those of critics and it sounds like a whole lot of fun which is refreshing. I hope studio theory is as much fun.
I did some painting as well today and it's put me in a really good mood. I should paint more often. But the worrying thing is I'm using a different paint now, one that I haven't tested so I don't really know if it's gonna do what I need it to do. I just know I'm going to worry about it the whole time I'm painting.
