Predictably, Manny didn't leave the comics behind. But this means I get to keep San Andreas till the next time they come to visit. I don't mind so much because he said he'll scan it at his house now that they're getting a new pc and a scanner. I need to stop playing San Andreas and start my assignment though, it's approaching the one week mark and I haven't started. This is not unusual but I was supposed to be trying harder this year (ha!).
I proposed my next artwork to one of my lecturers and she likes it which is good, but she wants me to keep an open mind about doing other works that come up. This is kind of an issue for me as I tend to prefer focussing on the one project and seeing it through to completion before starting a new one. I think it's a mix of not having that much motivation to spare and getting stressed out pretty easy. I have a meeting with my other lecturer to talk about the same project and see what he thinks. It doesn't matter if this one doesn't go well now that at least one of my lecturers likes the concept but I think he will anyone. After that talk I will go out and buy some materials and start testing paints...

Yay for art.
$2 for an A4 canvas board doesn't sound like much, but considering I need more than 30 and I'm poor...
Capitalism stinks.
