Carbonite was cooler

I hired Unreal Championship for the xbox from the local Video Ezy. It was the only game they had that I wasn't 100% certain would contain massive levels of suck. It turned out to be only moderately sucky but on the whole enjoyable once you get past the whole "it's not Halo" factor. The single player was fun in that it was basically multiplayer against bots which I don't mind. It was also about managing your team adequately and delegating tasks to your bot team mates that you are otherwise incapable of or above doing. I enjoyed commanding my team mates to crush the enemy with merciless glee! The final showdown and resulting cinematic were alright, but perhaps a little anti-climactic. I definitely think they could've pushed it. I've yet to play with human foes but I've been told this is probably the funnest part of the game. My main beef with this game is that the best weapon (the rocket) is one that you start with and if you die you get it back. There's absolutely no need to use any other weapon at all in my opinion, except maybe the sniper rifle, but I am balls with it.
