What's Cooking?

I'm doing a favour for my mum today. Typing up some recipes on the computer for her, because watching her do it herself was hurting me. She sits there as if she's pondering which key to press this hour. I'm fairly sure we've established that I'm childish and crude but here's another good example just in case it wasn't completely clear:
"Cream margarine and caster sugar until light and fluffy. Beat for a further 2-3 minutes. Gradually beat in soyflour, soybean oil and water mixing between additions. Beat in egg whites and vanilla essence until mixture is again light and fluffy. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add gradually to cake mixture with soy milk beating thoroughly between each addition. The mixture should be light and drop easily from a wooden spoon. If too stiff beat in more soymilk, 1 tbsp at a time."
