YAY

I'm playing soccer tonight!! Can you feel that excitement? I know you can. I haven't really talked about soccer since my initial ninja comment. Which is partly because there hasn't been much to say and also because I didn't think you'd be that interested. I still don't think you'll be interested only now I don't care.

We won our first game (3-1) last week which means we're currently on one win, two losses and a draw. It was an all round good display from the team, with Harry scoring a great goal and setting up another despite not being fully fit. It was especially funny because I'd been teasing him about playing when he wasn't completely healed from a leg injury and telling him we didn't need him anyway and then he goes and wins the match for us.

I played well, saving a fair few goals. The one that went in was from a free kick anyway. The free kick was on the edge of the box and pretty much consisted of their striker kicking it as hard as he could at the wall and hoping it went in which of course it did. Unfortunately I wasn't a ninja, but then there's always tonight.

Also sitting on the bus thinking about soccer gave me an idea for a comic. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
