Rockstar

I never really liked Idol. I mean on one hand it has the potential to be great... Good singers, doing covers of good songs. And at times I really enjoyed some of the performances (Chanel doing Portishead) but overall, for me, it just didn't pay off. None of the winners, with the exception of Kelly Clarkson, seem to have lasted and I didn't even watch American Idol.

That potential has been filled with Rockstar INXS. And then some.

Firstly, the standard is better.
Secondly, the song choices are better.
Thirdly, it's rock.
Fourthly, the winner get to tour with INXS which is just crazy.
Lastly, Brooke fucking Burke. (She can be an honorary Berk anytime)

At the moment I am creaming uncontrollably because of Marty Casey. The singers left were asked to sing one cover and then one song of their own. Marty's song is basically how I would define Aural Sex. It's a blow job for my ears. I can hardly type this I'm rocking so hard.

Trees by Marty Casey - it'll give you an eargasm.

It's only problem is the length (I demand an eight roper). Now I just need to resist the urge to listen to it over and over again. I can't listen to any other songs because right now they don't measure up. But I don't want to kill it. I guess if I kill it at least I'll be able to listen to other music again... but wah, I don't want other music.
