Hurricane Relief

Whether or not my comic makes it in you should all check out the telethon as it's a good cause and all.

I watched the old movie "Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory" today and I noticed in it the potential for darkness that I guess they're doing with the new movie. But I'm not sure it needs to be quite as dark as Tim Burton is making it. Whatever, it's his thing I guess.

But what really struck me was the song Wonka sings on the boat ride. It's awesome!!
Is it raining? Is it snowing?

Is a hurricane a-blowing?

Not a speck of light is showing,

So the danger must be growing.

Are the fires of Hell a-glowing?

Is the grisly reaper mowing?

Yes, the danger must be growing,

For the rowers keep on rowing,

And they're certainly not showing,

Any signs that they are slowing!
So I was thinking it might be a bit short to be a song on it's own but it'd make an awesome intro to a longer song. Just something to think about.

I've been involved in an "almost band" twice now, once with El Niggerachi and once with Bump and Bert. The band with El Niggerachi basically never happened because Nigger is a lazy twat and the band with Bump & Bert didn't work because we just didn't gel as a cohesive unit.

I'd like to start a band called Zombocalypse that releases music online for free and plugs this website. But I can't play an instrument so I need to rely on other people and this comic is a testament to the fact that relying on other people sucks some serious cock. (alliteration +3)
